1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time. If guests are delayed, they must contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reallocate tables after this period. During peak trading periods, seating durations may apply.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or amendments. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a per-person charge. Deposits for group bookings may be retained where insufficient notice is given.
3. Group Bookings (6+ Guests)
Large bookings may require a deposit, pre-order, or reduced menu. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior. Charges may apply based on confirmed numbers.
4. Access & Non-Attendance
Where Dajoo has prepared for a booking, private hire, or scheduled service, and access is not provided or the customer is unresponsive, we reserve the right to retain deposits or charge agreed fees.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Guests must inform us of allergies at booking and upon arrival. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee dishes are free from allergens due to shared kitchen environments. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk.
6. Alcohol Sales
Alcohol is sold in accordance with UK licensing law. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request valid photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service where required by law.
7. Payments & Pricing
All bills must be settled in full at the end of the meal unless agreed otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
8. Service Charge
A discretionary service charge (typically 12.5%) may be added. The discretionary service charges are distributed to staff. Guests may request its removal.
9. Refund Policy
Deposits and pre-payments are generally non-refundable within the cancellation window. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
10. Takeaway & Delivery
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Delivery times are estimates only. Incorrect delivery details or lack of response may result in cancellation without refund.
11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates apply. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
12. Photography & Marketing
We may take general ambience photographs for marketing. Guests may opt out by informing staff. Professional filming requires prior written consent.
13. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. Guests are liable for damages caused.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We collect booking and payment information to manage services. We do not sell personal data. Guests may request access or deletion of their data.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including government restrictions, power outages, supplier failures, or extreme weather.
16. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.
